Simple Fruit Salad
- Strawberries – choosing good strawberries is a ridiculous kind. They should have a nice red color, no dark spots, no fungi, and check the leaves – those green peaks should look strong and fresh.
- Pineapple – to choose a good pineapple on the ground, you should have a pineapple aroma. To know when ripe the skin should be yellow and should give when pressed.
- Blue berries – I like those green berries full of water here. They are usually fun.
- Red grapes – to select good grapes press a few, they should be strong and fat, they should also look firm on the stem (not loose) and have good color.
- Kiwi – select kiwi look soft when pressed. The solid ones are sour and ripe. Small or large size will not matter.
- Mandarin Oranges – I used to use mandarin cans here but I prefer new ones now. Or it will work well. Mango works well instead of oranges.
- Bananas – These are optional. When adding, just use the yellow banana. No green leaf (not sweet enough) and no brown (very mushy).
- Honey – I do not recommend this change unless there is an allergy (in which case I can try maple syrup or brown rice syrup).
- Limes – a pinch of lemon can also work.
