2 tbsp olive oil (divided)

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast pieces

freshly ground black pepper and kosher salt

3 minced garlic cloves

INSTRUCTIONS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
