When I think of snacks, I think of quick ramen. My consolation food – and the guilt of guilt – fast noodles have found me in many very tiring late-night lessons, as well as working days that don’t have enough time for lunch. A crummy day can be made even better with these noodles alone.

Samyang HOT Chicken Flavor Ramen
This ramen may look familiar if you regularly view YouTube users. The ramen of Samyang’s HOT Chicken Flavor is not hyperbole – the fastest bitter noodles have caused the “fire noodle challenge,” which is especially popular in South Korea. Noodles are not served with broth but are actually served with a sauce notoriously hot, and those who take the challenge should eat hot noodles as soon as possible – usually with a tasty, but enjoyable result.
Ottogi Jin Ramen, Gentle
Ottogi Jin Ramen is made with spicy noodles, like Shin ramen, but without the crazy heat. Try this in “Medium” for a balanced diet.
Nissin Demae Iccho, Sesame Oil
I grew up on these noodles, and although I did not know what to call this ramen in English, I was able to see it a mile away because of the doll in the pocket. My mother used to call them “doll noodles” in Cantonese. Although Nissin is a Japanese company, Sesame Oil flavor is popular in Hong Kong and is a bit late in the spectrum. This pack has a delicious umami aroma and soft, silky noodles. It serves as a good, neutral base if you want to add spicy meat or vegetable juices.
Nissin Demae Iccho, Chicken
She has the same doll, a different taste. The chicken variety is also a childhood favorite that makes the broth light with a touch of high salt.
MAMA Noodles, Chicken
Hailing from Bangkok, MAMA Noodles is a bit close to the Cup Noodles. Instead of needing to cook the noodles first with boiling boils, you can simply place the uncooked noodles in a bowl, sprinkle the powdered spices on top, pour boiling water directly into the bowl, and cover. In minutes, your ramen is ready to eat. And the best part? You do not risk any taste for convenience.
Sapporo Ichiban Tonkotsu Ramen
For a great broth, try the fast Sapporo Ichiban version of tonkatsu ramen. The light soup makes a light midnight snack very comfortable. I like to bite sesame seeds sprayed everywhere. This ramen is also on the soft, neutral side, so it serves as a good base for many fillings.
Paldo Bibim Myun
Korea’s Paldo Bibim Myun is ready for a warm summer night. These noodles are cooked and rinsed with cold water and tossed with a sugar sauce. Serve in a cool place or at room temperature and top with raw vegetables or dipped in a little chopped saltwater.
Indomie Mi Goreng Instant Stir Fry Noodles, Original
Get mi goreng, a spicy fried noodle dish from Indonesia, instantly thanks to the beloved Indomie. Cooked noodles are grated in a thick sauce – and best served with a boiled egg – for a midnight snack.
Maggi 2-Minute Noodle Authentic Indian Noodles, Masala
As explained to me by two Indian-American friends, Maggi noodles are “the best food for the soul. You can eat it at any meal. ” But before you go in, know that there are two schools of thought in the right way to enjoy this classic: dry compared to the soup. After boiling the noodles, drain off most of the water, and add a pinch of flour to get a dry, sugary dish. Or save water, and add spice to get a soup feel.
