When I think of summer snacks, I picture refreshingly cool treats, fruits, and veggies. I still need flavor, I just don’t need anything too heavy.
Few of my all-time favorite summer treats have to be fruit salads and homemade popsicles. They’re loaded with goodness, bright, and fresh.

For these small bites, you do so ease up speed up the prep and utilize store-bought cookies. I like soft sugar cookies, but any would do.
Just keep in head that if you make these too far in advance, the fruit would start to dry out on top while at the same time seeping juices into the cookie and frosting.
Paula Deen Banana Bread
It doesn’t matter how often I put together it. I am not tire of banana bread.

I recently purchase these remarkable Tovolo zombies ice pop molds, which have been such a hit! They’re dishwasher safe and super fun, too.
Fruit Salad With Peach Pie Filling
One of the overlooked ingredients in the fruit salad is dressing. You’d be amazed by how many humans leave it out!
It could be a simple zesty lime syrup or orange juice sauce, but either manner, it will increase all those fruity flavors like nothing else.
This recipe is not only sweet and vibrant, but it’s also super sneaky, utilizing peach pie filling for its color, built-in dressing and amazing flavor.
Apple Nachos with Chocolate and Peanut Butter
I’ll bet most kids would try beets if you drizzle over enough chocolate chips and peanut butter!
So who could possibly resisting this simple yet innovative summer snack?
I think a sweet apple working best for this, so I utilized a mix of pink lady and fuji.
But since you cover them with peanut butter, any apple variety might work.
If you have a peanut allergy in the family, go ahead and apply almond butter.
However, if you want this to be nut-free, trying drizzle caramel over instead.
