Dalgona Coffee of South Korea also became one of the most popular recipes at this time. When I first saw the road, I was amazed as it was like making Indian Beaten Coffee.

Just that at Indian Beaten Coffee we don’t hit the coffee mix. Although at Dalgona Coffee, the mixture is whipped or whipped until a creamy, smooth, creamy consistency resembles whipped cream. Yes, this coffee cream is a bomb full of coffee and coffee flavors only.

Ingredient dosages

You see, the recipes for my recipe are completely different from the standard dalgona coffee recipe recipes – which is the same amount of coffee, sugar, and hot water.

When I first made coffee I found it very strong, acidic, and bitter. Later I tried measurements of sugar, water, and coffee. What has worked best for us is to lower coffee and increase the sugar.

Ingredient dosages

Tips for making Dalgona Coffee

Coffee Foam: To achieve that consistency of foam and cream, do not reduce the sugar in the recipe. You can add more if you like. It is the sugar that helps get that in the cream.

Hot water: Add hot water while brewing. The water should be very hot. If the water is not hot, then you will not get that creamy consistency. Add the amount of water as mentioned in the recipe. Do not add more.

Sugar: Use any granulated sugar. It can be white sugar or raw sugar cane. But do not use powdered sugar or sugar like maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar, or daily syrup. Only granulated sugar works.

Coffee: Use only Quick Coffee and not other types of coffee.

Beating Coffee: If you are hitting a coffee mix, use two types of hits. Start clockwise and use straight zigzag movements. Swap between the two.

Vegan options: Replace almond milk. I made dalgona coffee with almond milk and it was great You can also try cashew milk, soy milk (GMO-Free), and oats milk.

Hot or Coffee: You can make hot coffee or cold coffee. I mentioned the version of cold coffee here. For hot coffee, simply add hot milk instead of cold milk.

Making Korean Dalgona Coffee is very easy. All you need is a bowl and a whisk with a fork. You can even use a hand mixer that we use while making a cake or cream paste. A mixer-grinder or small blender will also do.

When you mix with a whisk, you should beat continuously for 10 to 12 minutes and yes that is a good arm exercise. So let’s get started.
