No one wants to spend an entire day in the kitchen. We all have busy lives. And guess what? No excuse! Whether you want to make a quick lunch or a quick family dinner, here are some best tips to make your cooking faster.

Use Slow Cooker

There’s a reason some chefs call you their best friend (really!). Not only are there a million delicious cookies out there, but if you use them, you can add your ingredients and make your day until mealtime. It’s even faster if you prepare your ingredients in advance, so cut out the soup vegetables or defrost meat and you’ll be able to start eating in an instant! Just make sure you do not make any of these common mistakes of a slow cooker.

Make One Salad To Last For A Week

Put it together on a Sunday, and divide it into five airtight containers so you can just grab yourself and walk every working day. If you are worried that Monday’s lettuce withers on Friday, place a few paper towels on top of the salad before closing the lid. Towels will absorb any water lost from the leaves and keep them moist and change color.

Use Egg Slicer to Determine Salad Ingredients

It does not take long to cut the vegetables with a knife and cutting board, but if you do not want to get into trouble washing the dishes, a simple egg cutter works by scratching. You can use it to cut loads of ingredients into bite-sized pieces, including mushrooms, zucchini, cheese, butter, hot dogs, peeled potatoes, cooked carrots, avocados, and chopped olives. When making a fruit salad, reach for bananas, kiwi, strawberries, and other soft fruits.

We’ve all heard that it works well and it’s natural to reuse our glass jars in the kitchen, but it can be annoying when those torn stickers are so hard to peel off! Fortunately, there is a very quick way to do it. If you have not yet peeled, hold the hairdryer and blow-dry the pot with warm air for about 30 seconds. The sticker should be easily peeled.

Stop Waiting For Ice Cream To Soften

If your usual dessert night starts with ice cream, then wait 15 minutes to melt at the available temperatures, toss those lost minutes aside. Store an ice cream cone in a zip-top refrigerator bag and it will remain as soft as it was on the first day. Finally … cream cups that don’t break an arm! I feel like ice cream floating?

Stop Chasing the Egg Shell in the Pan

If you crack an egg to see a small portion of the shell enter your food, do not spend the next two minutes chasing it near the bowl. Instead, use your finger under the tap for a second and then dip into the mixture to remove the shell. Do you use a hot pan? Skip the burn of the finger and dip the edge of the unchanged shell. It will attract the smaller piece more easily, though you may be caught trying to pull it out of your eggs for a while.

Wash the garlic in an instant

Peeling a clove of garlic can be a daunting task, but it is not necessary. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Garlic cloves are peeled on their own, and you can discard the husks and start working right away.

Make Time Cube In advance

Ice cube trays are not justice. By freezing a few simple ingredients, you can save tons of time later. Add some of your favorite herbs and olive oil to the tray chambers to cook potatoes, vegetables, or chicken someday. Pour extra wine into the tray so you can use it to make spicy sauces. Sprinkle small pieces of citrus with water that you will use as cubes whenever you feel sweet. (If you have never heard of it, water is all the rage.) Pour the last few drops into a coffee pot to make cubes that will not drink your cold drink! It may seem like a lot, but when these are over, you will want to do more.

Keep White Potatoes

Cover the mashed potatoes or dyed with cold water before cooking to prevent the spuds from turning into an overgrown gray/brown resulting from the release of starch which makes them oxidize.

Slight decay

Keep the tomato stem at the bottom so that it does not rot too quickly. This prevents the air from getting in and the moisture from the scar when the tomato once stuck to the vine.

Oh, and the advice to never keep tomatoes in the fridge? Released! Recent research has shown that the storage method (refrigerator compared to countertop) did not significantly affect the taste or depth of the tomatoes.

Accelerate maturation

Be perfect magic and turn a banana from green to yellow (or peach from crunchy to juicy) with the help of a paper bag. When the fruit is thrown into a bag, the concentrated ethylene gas helps it ripen faster.

Fry the garlic immediately in the microwave instead of the oven.

Just mix the garlic, olive oil, water in a bowl and microwave for seven minutes. All the flavors of roasted garlic except for 45 minutes of cooking.

Heat the butter for a few minutes by placing it under a warm glass.

Heat a glass by filling it with hot water, drain it, and place it on a lump of cold butter (a full stick may be too large). After a minute or two, the butter will be soft enough to spread.

Place your pan in the oven as it heats up first to make the fried vegetables cook for a while.
