What brings out the flavour from the dish is the unique blend of sauces – tamarind pulp, fish sauce and dried shrimp and garnished with red chillii pepper and garlic. The dish is serving along with lime wedges and roasted peanuts. There are extra ingredients that are served on the side such as bean sprouts, radishes, and other vegetables. Pad Thai also has a vegetarian version which consisting of soy sauce instead of fish sauce and doesn’t involve any meat.
